Ozee aims to provide the best experience for its customers through its services and products. Ozee offers the following return, exchange, and refund policy in accordance with the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
1. Conditions for Return, Exchange, and Refund
Products:
Due to the nature of the products, we provide and following the standard practices in this field, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the products have been delivered to the customer in good condition, with no defects or shortages. Returns or exchanges will only be allowed if the products arrive damaged or incomplete.
We will cover the cost of shipping the product back to us or refund your amount if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the order, as follows:

Return the product and get a refund or exchange it under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, spoiled, or has a broken package, or if it is incomplete or different from what was ordered.
The return request is made within 14 business days from the date of receiving the product.
The customer is not entitled to return or exchange the product if:
The product does not contain any of the issues mentioned above due to the nature of the products being limited to beauty and personal care tools, and the impact on public health.
The product exchange process:
Will take a maximum of 7 business days from the date of receiving the product to be exchanged.
The refund process for the returned product:
Will be completed within 14 business days from the date of receiving the product to be returned.

Return requests for all services must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase, except for hair-related services.
Return requests for hair-related services must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase due to their nature.
2. Return, Exchange, and Refund Process
To request a return, exchange, or refund, the customer must contact customer service via the app or WhatsApp.
The request requires providing:
Order details, including order number, reason for return/exchange/refund, and the customer's phone number.
The request will be evaluated, and instructions will be provided to the customer on how to return/exchange the product (if applicable) or process the refund for the service or complete the exchange.
